Garrus, Rosé, 2014

  Château d'Esclans

Complex, vinous, silky sleek and persistent. With rock salt and white peach alongside cherry, white flower, mandarin and rose petal this bar-raising rosé from Sacha Lichine is as pleasing and moreish as it is interesting. Rich and fluid yet elegantly constructed with complex minerality, it demands food yet is almost irresistible without – is this the greatest rosé being made today? It seems entirely likely…we’ve certainly never tasted anything like it.

Contains Sulphites.
