Home Comforts
20 March 2020

As many of us look toward more homebound activity, we have pulled out a couple of smart, affordable options perfect for everyday drinking. Served either with a light lunch or fuller evening meals en famille, it’s hard to go wrong with the classic combination of white Burgundy followed by Claret. For us, this is the combo that speaks most to the comforts of home, and in uncertain times we hope that our wines can at least deliver pleasure and delight to our valued customers spread all over the UK. Unoaked but characterful with notes of ripe citrus fruit and a subtle creamy texture it is in many way a benchmark Maconnais – delicious straight out of the blocks, it doesn’t require the bottle age of a Cote d’Or Chardonnay to show at its best. Uncomplicated but satisfying, with lots to love, and the all in price is just £14.18 per bottle.    Read More
