With Burns Night celebrations in full swing this evening, we know that nothing's better than a world-class bottle of Scotch to mark the occasion. So, we thought this was the perfect time to share the trip Team Justerinis took last month to Scotland.

Spending an incredible few days exploring the best Scotland has to offer, the team visited an astonishing selection of distilleries, sampling a plenitude of rare gems, including Johnnie Walker's King George V. Highlights included Cardhu, the Singleton of Glen Ord and Port Ellen as well as filling Royal Lochnagar casks. The team sampled some utterly delicious blends and extraordinary single grain whiskies. Suffice to say, it was a memorable trip; with a variety of complex, thought-provoking glasses of whisky and a series of special bottlings, including Johnnie Walker's Ghost & Rare, Team Justerinis returned (despite almost being snowed in), with a great passion for Speyside. With Burns Night celebrations just a dram away, we hope you will be raising a toast in homage to Scotland's finest this evening.
