We continue to monitor the situation closely and have been taking all necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our team, growers and customers.

All customer and grower events in any of our markets remain cancelled until further notice. Though we are operating a full schedule of Grower masterclasses online for both our private customers as well as a series of events specific for sommeliers. Each of our offices in London, Edinburgh and Hong Kong currently remain closed. However all our teams continue to work as normal from home. Our warehouses in the UK and France each have remained open throughout to facilitate us servicing our customers – though on a slightly reduced schedule. Our delivery teams are taking all extra precautions to ensure both the safety of their staff and our customers, including additional hygiene measures and implementing contactless deliveries. We continue to run our usual deliveries to Hong Kong, though Singapore is currently operating to a more limited degree.
