£40.00 (excluding VAT) - Minimum charge per annum to store wine in Cellarers (Wines) Ltd.

£8.64 (excluding VAT) - Charge per individually packaged bottle or case with a volume of 4.5L or below

£12.84 (excluding VAT) - Charge per individually packaged bottle or case with a volume above 4.5L

£5.00 (excluding VAT) - Landing charge per case on wine not purchased from Justerini & Brooks delivered into Cellarers (Wines) Ltd.

£10.00 (excluding VAT) - Charge per ad hoc photograph request

£2.00 per case (excluding VAT) - 1 to 10 cases

£20 per transfer (excluding VAT) - 11 to 15 cases

Transfers above 15 cases will be quoted upon request

£20.00 (excluding VAT) - up to 15 cases

Any delivery above this volume or outside GB mainland address will be quoted upon request

£50.00 (excluding VAT) - Collections within M25 (capped at 15 cases, any collection above this volume will be quoted upon request)

Upon enquiry for all postcodes - Collections outside M25

Payment of your rental invoice can be made by logging in to Your Personal Cellar and clicking on the tab titled, Payments and Invoices. To log in or register with Your Personal Cellar, simply use the primary email address you have registered with Justerinis and follow the prompts. Payment can also be made by BACS to the bank details found at the top right of the invoice. Please use your Justerinis Customer Account no. as a reference.

Please place an order via Your Personal Cellar or email cellarers@justerinis.com. For your security, delivery requests will not be taken over the telephone.

Please email us at cellarers@justerinis.com with your original invoice number if the wine was purchased from Justerini & Brooks or details of the delivery to your Cellarers account if the wine was not purchased from Justerini & Brooks and we will be happy to help. Please note that we receive a high volume of emails in July when we issue the annual rental invoices and responses may be delayed.

We charge storage in arrears pro-rata, the dates will show the start date (when the wine landed) and end date (when the wine was delivered or sold). If the end date is June 2024 and you haven’t withdrawn or sold the case in June 2024, it will still be in your account, please refer to your Paid Reserves Statement to confirm.

Storage charges last increased in July 2023. For the period 1^st July 2022 - 30^th June 2023 the charges were £12.24 per 9L case ex-VAT and £8.16 per 4.5L case per year ex-VAT or pro-rata for the number of complete or part month(s) if landed to your account after 1st July 2022 or withdrawn since 1st July 2022. The rates increased to £12.84 per 9L case ex-VAT and £8.64 per 4.5L case per year ex-VAT. These rates were communicated in the July 2023 Cellarers Guide emailed to Cellarers customers in July 2023.

Charges for the period 1st July 2024 – 30th June 2025 will remain at £8.64 ex-VAT per individually packaged bottle or case with a volume of 4.5L or below and £12.84 ex-VAT per individually packaged bottle or case with a volume above 4.5L.

For the rental period July 2023 – June 2024 we introduced a minimum charge of £40 ex-VAT to store wine in Cellarers, your invoice has been rounded up to £40 ex-VAT. The minimum charge was communicated in the July 2023 Cellarers Guide emailed to Cellarers customers in July 2023

We do not charge VAT on rental invoices for customers whose registered home address is outside of the UK or EU.
