Chambertin, Grand Cru, 2019

Typically monumental and impressive Chambertin that proudly boasts dark, layered earthy fruit. The fruit is broad and all-enveloping, wrapped in the softest of tannic cloaks - flavours of bramble, creme de mure and undergrowth coat the palate. A tiny parcel of 1000 vines in the cooler part of Chambertin near the forest, making just 300 litres.
