The result of 100% whole cluster fermentation but no signs of astringency or vegetal character, in fact this is highly attractive and very Volnay in style; flowery notes of bright cherries and cherry stone, wild strawberry and cherry blossom; high-toned ethereal and fresh with a balancing fruit sweetness.

(100% whole clusters): Palish red. Complex aromas of raspberry, plum, tobacco, spices, herbs and underbrush. Offers an enticing blend of creamy sweetness and vinosity, with ripe, harmonious acidity and a rocky, saline quality leavening the wine's liqueur-like aspect. Finishes with sweet dusty tannins and excellent rising spicy length.
