An electric Bourgogne, smoky, salty, lean and lively, with firm zippy acidity and a real brightness to the fruit. Followers of Pierre-Vincent’s wines will find his signatures all over this. Now bottled as Vin de France, alongside the Jura wines which are made in Meursault and thus out of their AOC.
