Bright, juicy, crunchy, bittersweet aromas with lovely acids and plenty of ripe fruit on the palate. Fully destemmed. Lovely! A blend of a maximum 25% Gamay and 75% Pinot Noir aged in used oak barrels only.

Groffier has long produced one of the better examples of this appellation, and the 2023 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain (which contains 25% Gamay) is a solid effort, with a lively, medium-bodied palate and aromas of dark berry fruit.
