A seriously stylish Auslese offering stone fruits, white tea and subtle honeyed complexity. Delicate yet persistent, it carries itself with remarkable finesse and quiet concentration. Of the two regular Auslesen produced by the estate, Fuder 6 is traditionally the purer late-harvest expression, sourced from 80–120-year-old vines situated near the terraces to the left of the sundial itself. In 2025, unusually, it benefits from a small percentage of botrytis, enhancing complexity.

The 2025 Riesling Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Auslese #6 is relatively shy on the nose. Peach and Mirabelle jelly take over on the palate with lemon-edged juiciness, with exquisite sweetness countered by citrus zest and utter brightness. The intensity of peach is profound and offset by that orange peel zestiness; the balance is delicious and shines with purity. (Sweet)
