Maximin Grünhauser Bruderberg, Grosses Gewachs, 2021

Cool and focused with a clean apple, herb and citrus character. Initially a little reticent on the nose, the palate has an elegant weightlessness to it, with gentle slate and supporting violet lift. Bruderberg was the last vineyard picked in mid-November.
