Monzinger Halgans, Riesling, Trocken, 2025

Pure squeezed lemon juice, all on the fresh citrus with a light fine reduction, sapid, salty, herbal and cleansing with a racy acidity, this Halgans is seriously smart. Produced mostly from younger vines in the blue slate and quartzite Grosse Lage Halenberg but it now includes a small part of Auf der Ley too; a plot so special that it is only bottled for the auction.
