A combination of younger plots and declassified GG fruit from the limestone rich Im Sonnenschein vineyard. A lifted, clean and gentle white fruit and floral aroma, this has great energy and stuffing.

The 2021 Siebeldingen Vom Muschelkalk Riesling trocken is pure, fresh and spicy on the intense and pretty complex nose. Lush and salty-savory on the palate, this is a dense, refreshing and mineral, even chalky Riesling from younger vines in the Grosse Lage Im Sonnenschein. The finish is enormously saline but also textured and provided with fine tannins. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022.
