Maximin Grünhaus’ Special 2024 Collection Case – A Very Limited Pre-Release

2024 is a year that Weingut Maximin Grünhaus will not look back on with much nostalgia. Nothing to do with the quality, thankfully, but because of the devastating April frost that left them with just 20 barrels of wine off 34ha of vines. 2024 is officially the smallest vintage ever at this historic Ruwer estate. However, what has been bottled is delicate, crystalline and cooling, in traditional Grünhaus fashion.

In an effort to provide loyal customers the opportunity to secure something special from this year, Maximin Von Schubert has put together a small number of 2024 Collection Cases, referred to in German as “Kollektion Grosse Lagen 2024”. The case comprises their best wines of the vintage, including single fuder Kabinetts only available in the case.

Justerinis is one of the few partners internationally to have the privilege to offer this incredible case, albeit in extremely limited volumes. It provides a rare and exciting opportunity to compare one 75cl bottle of each: Bruderberg Kabinett, Herrenberg Kabinett Nr. 25 (a single barrel, exclusive to the case), Abtsberg Kabinett Nr. 21 (a single barrel, exclusive to the case), Bruderberg Superior (off-dry), Abtsberg Superior (off-dry) and Herrenberg GG (dry Grand Cru – the only GG this year).
