On the palate, it’s beautifully complex and vibrant, with flavours of sweet, malty barley and a unique waxy texture. This richness is balanced by notes of ripe orchard fruits—think apples and pears—along with a hint of citrus zest. A soft layer of spice emerges, with touches of cinnamon and clove, adding warmth.
