The whisky opens with a rich aroma of vanilla fudge, caramel, honey, and a whisper of peat smoke. On the palate, layers of toffee, vanilla, and wood smoke unfold, complemented by crème caramel, honey, milk chocolate, and a medley of red berries, peaches, and toffee apples. The finish lingers with warming oak spice and a final wisp of peat smoke.

This project has been 5 years in the making, and the brand’s lightest 70cl Scotch whisky glass bottle to date and to the best of the brand’s knowledge and research, the world’s lightest 70cl Scotch whisky glass bottle weighting 180g (excluding the liquid & stopper) – lighter than an iPhone. To further progress the sustainability industry within the alcoholic drinks world, a license to the patent will be offered on a royalty-free basis to anyone in the world who wishes to share in our research.

The blend includes whiskies from some of Diageo’s net-zero distilleries – Oban, Brora and Royal Lochnagar. There is also a high number of ghost distilleries in the blend, including the legendary Port Ellen, Port Dundas and Caledonian.
