Both of these single malt whiskies showcase some of the best the Hebridean Islands have to offer, and showcase well integrated peat smoke at its finest. With the raw, bonfire smoke of Talisker, and the bright, citrus smoke of Caol Ila, these two are elegant additions to any whisky collection.

Talisker 25 year old is shaped by ancient terrain, the volcanic nature of Skye reveals a new facet, every time the elements hit. Talisker 25 Year Old invites you to taste the earthy richness over and over as an enduring power echoes. This is a classic Talisker, with a chili kick like a mule. Sweet to start, then develops to dry, toasty notes with white pepper and chilies.

Caol Ila 25 year old is a well-balanced, contemplative old single malt with smouldering charcoal and maritime notes. Matured for a minimum of quarter of a century in a mixture of American & European oak casks, it is immediately sweet and fruity with a balancing bitterness. As befits its age, Caol Ila’s trademark smoky-medicinal character is controlled rather than exuberant - smooth and complex.
