Tasting Note:

Less light and certainly denser than the Barone. Although not as fragrant and immediate, either, this is even more nuanced, intense and complex. There are several layers of rich flavours here, notes of blueberry and cassis fruit infused with minerals, together with sweet/savoury notes of sap and asian spice, this needs time but unravels very well in the glass. Impressive, ageworthy Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon.
