Tasting Note:

Chalky and classically “Côte de Beaune.” Gregarious but classy; a nice melting buttery texture but with some finesse to it. A bright citrus note brings a mouth-watering freshness, returning to more chalky limestone echoes on the finish. Superb Bourgogne Blanc. An east facing Clos in the grounds of the Chateau, this is one of their signature wines. Aged in 25% new oak barrels for 12 months.
