Tasting Note:

As often is the case, this is the most broad-shouldered of the wines in this cellar; bold, big and structured but not without plenty of sweet fruit to compensate; lush but gripping ripe flavours of bramble, kirsch, sloe, hedgerow fruit, spice, sap and undergrowth with a brilliant red fruit finish. There is vast depth of flavour here but plenty of time in bottle will be needed for its many layers to be unwrapped.
