Tasting Note:

Ripe full-bodied, classic style Chassagne. Notes of melted butter, butterscotch and smoky oak mixed with juicy golden delicious apple fruit. Full and flavoursome. A parcel within Morgeot from the higher part of the slope. Bordering the Santenay road in the lieu-dit (named place) "Les Petits Clos", it consists of white clay soil with limestone outcrops and has a good south-east exposure. Ageing is in 30% new oak for 18 months.
