The 2024 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru comes from two parcels though this cuvée comes mainly from the old vines occupying one of the plots. It has a lifted bouquet with citrus peel, just a touch of blackcurrant leaf and cold stone. The palate is very well balanced with a smooth entry, fine mineralité and tension, more pepper than other En Remilly wines with a lingering vibrant finish. Give this a year or two in bottle.
