A youthfully structured classic, the 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre opens to reveal notes of green apple and crisp stone fruit mingled with clear honey, beeswax and oyster shell. Medium to full-bodied, layered and chalky, it's taut and concentrated, with excellent depth and a penetrating finish.
