From two parcels of Gevrey villages one on the south side of the appellation (Seuvree) and one in the north (the famous La Justice). Due to the size of the crop we were not able to taste this cuvée.

The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin La Justice des Sevrées has a brisk red cherry, strawberry and candied orange peel scented nose with moderate intensity. Needs a little more complexity. The palate is medium-bodied with finely-knit tannins, light and tensile, tart red fruit with a breezy, quite vivacious finish. Not long-term, but this has a bit of "spark" about it.
