This Domaine changed its name from Georges & Henri Jayer, when Henri, George Jayer’s brother, stopped making this wine after the 2002 vintage. So, from 2003 Emmanuel Rouget has been exploiting the vines of Georges, making the wine and ageing them in his cellars. Compelling, complex Burgundy.
