Impressive layers of flavour here with a touch more oak, and a bit more flesh, more complexity with ripe stone fruit flavours, minerals, a hint of smoke, and browned butter. So much to enjoy! Supple, sleek and generous yet finely crafted too with just the right amount of flesh. Lovely indeed. Vinified with just 10% new oak, from several parcels across the appellation.
