The 2024 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has a pure bouquet with red cherries and raspberry fruit, veins of blueberry coming forth with time in the glass—perhaps a little Vosne-like? The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins. Fine tension, very linear and strict with a slightly austere Morey-like finish. Give this two or three years in bottle.
