Bouvet-Ladubay

Bouvet-Ladubay is one of the oldest sparkling wine producers in Saumur, Loire Valley. Since 1851 it has been preserving the family traditions and know-how. The limestone subsoil, the mild climate and the excellent drainage of the clay are ideal for the cultivation of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc creating the natural acidity needed to produce well-balanced white and rosé sparkling wines. The second fermentation takes place in a bottle to create elegant tiny bubbles.
