The 2025 Riesling Monzinger Halenberg Trockenbeerenauslese was picked in late September, before the rain. Intense candied lemon has a lovely overtone of lemon balm and moss and bright, clear blossom honey. Concentration, precision, thrilling acid and utter purity sparkle in jewel-like prisms of light, reflecting honey one moment and citrus the next. This radiates brilliance and unearthly sweetness, framed by killer acid that all comes together on the finish as the purest, most supercharged peach you ever experienced. (Luscious)
