Tasting Note:

The Im Sonnenschein vineyard is a pure shell limestone, south facing site, with the Rebholz Pinot Gris vines being almost 40 years old. Bone dry, but incredibly complex, clearly a step up in power, complexity and tension, yet remaining the Rebholz signature clarity and transparency. Aromas of salty green tropical fruits, raw fresh apricot, herbs and grasses, with cool spice highlights, anise, tarragon on the finish. Seriously refined Pinot Blanc that is capable of great ageing.
