Riesling, Trocken, Von der Fels,

One of the richest and most concentrated Von der Fels that we can remember, very much in the baby GG mould this year with smoky reductive and wild yeast fermentation aromas on the nose that open into salty stone fruit on the palate. Analytically there's plenty of acid here but it is beautifully subsumed by intense fruit.
