Tasting Note:

Light, bright and jewel-like red fruit with a refreshing herbal note. Open, attractive and inviting. 2018 was the debut vintage of their 100% Pinot Noir cuvée. Emanating mostly from the domaine’s Clos Saint Laurent parcel located behind the winery, at an altitude of approximately 340-380 m. The soil is made of fallen rocks ("éboulis calcaires") of Bajocian limestone over grey marls (Lias) and the vines are between 10 and 45 years old. Elevage is in Burgundian barrels (60%) and 40% in a vat. No new oak is used.
