Central Otago

Grape Variety:

Pinot Noir

Cornish Point, Pinot Noir, Central Otago, 2018

Tasting Note:

Light to mid bodied, translucent fruit. More delicacy and finesse than the bannockburn. Sweet and slender dark cherry and victoria plum fruit. Gorgeously silky and lithe. The relatively deep but friable loess soils here usually yields wines of opulence and generosity. Fermented with 25% whole bunches and aged for 13 months in a quarter new burgundy barrels.
