A barrel selection of the three best low yielding vineyards, fermented in old oak barrels of 500L and 228L, wild fermented, it ages for 11 months in wood and 5 months in tank. Not bound by convention, this texturally satisfying, golden-fruited, multi-layered Sauvignon with hints of white flowers, flint, smoke and citrus is set to be one of the region’s best.
