Tasting Note:

The Roussanne component is offering up complexity as well as fine acidic balance. The fruit is perhaps plumper and fuller than usual, notes of acacia, butter and stone with a distinct nuttiness, yet the citrus freshness ably supports the ample, textured palate. A blend of 80% Roussanne, 15% Grenache Blanc and 5% Picardan, Clairette and Bourboulenc. 30% is aged in oak, the rest in tank, for 8 months.
