    A lovely follow up to the 2020 which was bought in fruit from Stanford, on the South Coast. In fact, Samantha liked it so much that intends to continue with this vineyard and bottle one of the few genuinely cool climate Chenins around. At a refreshing 12% ABV, the Lismore Chenin offers up lively notes of flowers and tea and citrus blossom in a deliciously fresh floral style. Raised in barrel with 15% new oak.

    The 2021 Chenin Blanc comes from fruit that Samantha O'Keefe brought in after the wildfire. It is whole bunch pressed, oxidately handled and sees 15% new oak. Yellow plum, egg whites and a touch of candle wax unfurls on the nose, very well defined. The palate is well-defined with a fine bead of acidity, an elegant "cool" Chenin with a sleek and focused finish. Wonderful.
