Limited to just 252 bottles, exclusively available via Justerini & Brooks, it is fitting that this 21 year old bottling brings together two defining threads of our history: Talisker, one of the most important distilleries in our whisky story and Port, a wine style deeply intertwined with our early merchant heritage.

This Talisker begins its life in Refill American Oak, before transitioning into expressive Port casks - a nod to our enduring connection with the great wine regions of Europe - and finally resting in a Puncheon, where the elements quietly marry themselves together.

Bottled at cask strength of 58.7% ABV, this is Talisker at its most elemental: confident, maritime and unmistakably of Skye. Yet the influence of Port brings an unexpected elegance - soft berry richness, delicate spice, and a certain vinous glow - complementing Talisker’s signature character rather than reshaping it.

The resulting whisky reveals layers of antique wood, subtle cedarwood and gentle earthiness, lifted by the sweetness of dark berry fruits and a fresh herbal brightness. It is an expression of depth and nuance, shaped by tradition but emboldened by thoughtful experimentation.
