The 2023 Grüner Veltliner Strass is picked on loess soils across the village in a pre-harvest of single sites made in stainless steel. Yeast, soil and pear appear on the nose and then come together on a smooth palate where ripe pear has a lovely touch of pear skin. The flow is smooth, rounded and fresh. (Bone-dry)
