MVO,

An orange wine comprising two thirds Gewürztraminer and one third Pinot Gris from the Vogelgarten vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed and the skins were left to infuse for three weeks. A lifted, perfumed spicy nose with cool citrus fruits, red fruits and flowers, the palate has a jostling freshness and just a trace of grip. The wine was aged for 10 months in trational Alsatian fuder and bottled without sulphites or filtration.
