Pinot Gris, Cuvée Ste Catherine, 2018

A ripe supple wonderfully fluid Pinot Gris that has notes or melon, fine grapes, honeysuckle, acacia honey and gentle smoke. Fine red fruits appear on the palate alongside pink skinned grape flavours and a note of fresh rose. A subtle, supple, and very grown up Pinot Gris produced from a blend of fruit from old vines in the Clos des Capucines and at the base of Schlossberg.
