2025 Sigalas Rabaud (100% Sémillon) is unapologetically opulent and hedonistic, with a luxuriously smooth, silky texture. Waves of quince, candied apricot and dried dates are layered with notes of maple syrup. Stone-fruit richness is joined by hints of guava, giving an exotic lift and a lasting impression.

The 2025 Grand Vin Blanc Sec has a light apple blossom and kiwi-scented nose that just needs to muster more vigour, more energy. The palate is balanced, with fine acidity, though overall this lacks some amplitude in flavour and offers little more than sharp grapefruit and lemon rind notes on the finish. Needs more texture.
A ton of opulence straight off the nose here, and on the palate also, quince, peach juice, preserved citrus, mango, bitter almond, silky texture, concentrated and enjoyable.
