Good deep ruby-red. Complex nose melds black plum, musky chocolate, licorice and aromatic herbs (no doubt from the malbec component in this wine). Dense, ripe and a bit chunky, with rich flavors similar to the aromas and very good palate coverage. The finish features fairly firm tannins and notes of damp earth and licorice.
