Bruno Clair
Corton Charlemagne, Grand Cru, 2014
justerini & brooks tasting note
Textured, intense, racy but with a certain unctuosity, absolutely bursting with fruit, flavours of lemon, lime, honeysuckle with notes of caramel and melted butter. Incredibly long and complex. From two plots, planted in 1972 and 1976, located in the upper part of the slope in the commune of Aloxe-Corton where the wines offer ripeness and freshness in equal measure.
