A finely pitched cool fruited white Burgundy of great drinkability that offers up notes of white pear, salt and blanched hazelnut. A great choice for those who value balance and subtlety in their whites. A rare, thrilling blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris (known locally as Pinot Beurrot). Aged in a mixture of tank and oak foudres.
