Joyful easy-going Marsannay. Not complicated or deep, just lovely ripe but digest Pinot fruit - notes of cherry, damson dried herb and kirsch. Beautifully shaped, fruity, bright, joyful and easy to like. Fermented with 30% whole bunches and aged in predominantly used oak barrels.

The 2019 Marsannay Les Vaudenelles has a more floral bouquet compared to the Marsannay Village, a mixture of red/blue fruit with a touch of iris. The palate is nicely structured with grainy tannins, slightly saline with a touch of white pepper. Fine.
