Fermented with a large proportion of whole bunches, this is Chambolle villages at its best. A refined but gripping structure and mineral foundation supports some gloriously floral forest berry and hedgerow fruit flavours with touches of blueberry and kirsch. Alluring and elegant yet with an edge that adds excitment. A blend of three parcels dotted around the Chambolle appellation, aged in less than a third new oak.
