Chablis, La Forest, 1er Cru, 2010

Dense and concentrated, powerful, very, very intense flavours of butter, salt, citrus fruit, lime rind and verbena with rich hints of hazelnut and a long, dry stony finish. Very impressive. This comes from a well exposed parcel of vines within the Montmains vineyard, regularly producing the most complete and concentrated of Dauvissat’s Premier Crus.
