Chablis, 2017

Fleshy fresh citrus fruits, excellent “gras” for a Chablis village, with tremendous acidity tempering the open and generous fruit. This remains very typically Chablis, too, with salt and marine notes here adding dimension and minerality to the fruit. More on the elegant side compared to Petit Chablis, the soils here are less stony and with more kimmeridgean clay.
