Good bright, full red. Musky wild berries and pungent minerality on the slightly reduced nose. Wonderfully silky and sweet in the mouth, but with terrific inner-mouth tension to its complex flavors of dark cherry, leather and spicy earth. Serious yet showy, and surprisingly generous for a young RSV. Finishes with noble tannins and superb, rising aromatic persistence.
