An atypically intense and salty style of St Veran, and very welcome this is too. Wonderfully crisp and refreshing orchard and citrus fruit interspersed with notes of rock salt and grapefruit. Taut and mineral. Lively and seriously drinkable. Tank aged, no oak.

The 2022 Saint-Véran Madame Noly has a fragrant nose with hints of yellow plum, almond and light vanilla pod scents. This is very seductive and refined. The palate is rounded on the entry, maybe lower in acidity compared to the Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes, but still balanced and pure with a slight waxy finish. Too good to cellar! Just enjoy this well crafted Saint-Véran.
